WoW... Where do I begin... what an amazing experience... April 6th is one day I will never forget... The first thing I'm gonna say is "Thank You Jesus for such a perfect angel...
Here's how it went...
The night before I was supposed to go into the hospital for a scheduled c-section, I woke up at 1 o'clock in the morning having very painful contractions... I woke Jansen up and asked him to please get up with me because I was afraid I was in labor... Even though my contractions were very painful and getting closer and closer together Jansen and I decided to wait instead of calling the doctor...By the time I got to the hospital my contractions were about 5 minutes apart... Thank goodness I was scheduled because after those contractions I figured I would have been going in anyways... Well once I got there it didn't seem like 5 minutes and they were wheeling me to the operating room... I didn't even have time to get nervous... This may sound weird but having a baby c-section is one of the coolest experiences I think I will ever experience... The moment I heard that precious cry, my emotions started flowing... I hadn't even seen her yet and lost it ... The moment I saw that precious face I looked up at Jansen (giving all I could see was his eyes because of the mask) and he was crying like a baby... I am so thankful that everything went smooth and easy... I wouldn't have wanted it to go any different...
Enough talking, here are some moments we captured during our stay at the hospital...
Quick question while you look at the pictures of our Angel Baby Charlee Ann... Have you ever seen such a perfect baby girl in your life? lol I sure haven't... Jansen and I feel that we have been blessed beyond belief... We are truly holding heaven in our arms...
